  1. HOW LONG ARE SHIPPING LEAD PERIOD?

Your products will ship within 5 days of your order, and then take up to 20-25 days to reach your doorstep. Each product at STANFU has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

  1. WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Refunds We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred. If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out! Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. We do not issue the refund if: ● your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address) *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.   1. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time-frame specified for each individual product. Order cancellation All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

  1. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A WRONG ITEM?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

  1. DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGE?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product your ordered which described in the product description, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

      6. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN TAKEN ACCEPTED?

After having confirmed your order and proceeded to your secure payment method, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This includes a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the payment method and the delivery address.
